The AIRCAP 1™ is the lightest weight, most durable, longest lasting hot tub cover ever built. The AIRCAP 1™ is built out of the same material the best inflatable paddle boards in the world are made from. Our manufacturing facility uses the best practices in quality control that can be found in the best paddle board brands in the world. We use our AirLoc® process of heat welding all components of our covers which ensures that the AIRCAP 1™ is built to withstand the elements for years to come.
Our patent pending Ziptech™ system allows us to get you a replacement cover fast too. We understood waiting 8-10 weeks for a replacement foam cover was also a pain, so we fixed that while we were at it. The AIRCAP 1™ comes in four sizes that we found to cover 90% of the hot tubs on the market (yes we are working on other sizes).

Once your AIRCAP 1™ arrives and you have inflated it, you can zip on one of the (3) included skirt sizes that fits your spa for an incredible long lasting cover, installed in minutes.
