How a swap or return works

Tell us within 30 days of purchase
Use the contact form with your order number, what you measured, and a photo or two showing the cover is in like-new condition. A customer service specialist replies within two business days with a return authorization number and the return address. Want the right size instead of a refund? Say so here and the specialist sets it up.

Pack everything that came in the box
The cover, the pump, all three skirts and the four tie-down straps, together with the return authorization number and return form.

Ship it back
You cover the return shipping. If you would rather we send a prepaid label, just ask, and its cost comes off the refund.

Refund or replacement
Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within seven business days of the cover arriving and passing inspection, and you get an email when it is issued.

- Returned covers are inspected on arrival. Visible wear, damage, or missing parts can reduce the refund.

Keep the cover in like-new condition with the pump, three skirts and four straps. You cover the return shipping, or ask for a prepaid label and its cost is deducted from the refund.
Is there a restocking fee on hot tub cover returns?
No. thrml. charges no restocking fee on an AIRCAP 1 returned within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition with all of its original parts.
Who pays return shipping on an AIRCAP 1?
The buyer does. Ask for a prepaid label and its cost is deducted from your refund. Shipping to you is free to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I return the cover if I simply change my mind?
Yes. An AIRCAP 1 bought from thrmltech.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as it is in like-new condition with all of its original parts. A cover bought from a retailer follows that retailer's return policy.
How do I make sure I order the right size the first time?
Measure straight across the top of your spa, edge to edge, in both directions, and match the larger number to a size. If it lands between two sizes, round up. If you know your hot tub's brand and model, the Spa Fitter lists the size it takes.
What does the AIRCAP 1 warranty cover?
