What size hot tub cover do I need?
Measure straight across the top of your spa, edge to edge, both ways — then match the larger number to a size below. Square spas from 77" to 94" are covered by six sizes: 77–79" takes the XX-Small, 80–82" X-Small, 83–85" Small, 86–88" Medium, 89–91" Large, 92–94" X-Large. Land between two sizes? Round up.
That is the whole job. Unlike foam covers, which need a corner radius, a foam density and a skirt depth before anyone can quote you, the AIRCAP 1™ needs those two numbers and nothing else.

What size hot tub cover do I need?
Measure straight across the top of your spa, edge to edge, in both directions, then match the larger number to a size. On the AIRCAP 1 that is: 77 to 79 inches takes the XX-Small, 80 to 82 the X-Small, 83 to 85 the Small, 86 to 88 the Medium, 89 to 91 the Large, and 92 to 94 the X-Large. If your measurement lands between two sizes, round up.
How do I measure my hot tub for a replacement cover?
Measure straight across the top of your spa, edge to edge, in both directions. The AIRCAP 1 needs only those two numbers — no corner radius, foam density or skirt depth to look up. Match the larger of the two measurements to the size ranges on this page.
What sizes does the AIRCAP 1 hot tub cover come in?
Six sizes, covering square spas from 77 to 94 inches: XX-Small fits 77 to 79 inches, X-Small 80 to 82, Small 83 to 85, Medium 86 to 88, Large 89 to 91, and X-Large 92 to 94.
Are hot tub covers a standard size?
No. Cabinet dimensions vary between manufacturers, and between model years of the same spa, which is why covers are sold by measurement rather than one universal size. Most square spas fall between 77 and 94 inches across. Measure your own spa rather than assuming the size of the cover you are replacing was correct.
What if my hot tub measurement falls between two cover sizes?
Round up to the larger size. A cover that is slightly oversized overhangs by a fraction of an inch, which is how a spa cover is meant to sit. An undersized cover comes up short and will not seal along the edges.
Do I need to measure the corner radius of my hot tub?
No. Traditional foam covers need a corner radius because they are rigid, but the AIRCAP 1 does not. Two straight measurements across the top of the spa are enough.
Will an AIRCAP 1 fit a round or rectangular hot tub?
Not currently. The AIRCAP 1 is manufactured for square spas between 77 and 94 inches. Round, rectangular and swim-spa cabinets fall outside that range.
