What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Arctic Spas hot tub?
Arctic Spas builds for cold climates, and the fifteen models we fit spread across four AIRCAP 1™ sizes. The Aurora, an 81" square, is the smallest Arctic cabinet we fit; the Yukon, Cub, Totem, Eagle, Lunar and Orion sit at the compact end of the range; the Grizzly and Orca in the middle; and the Summit, Tundra, Kodiak, Klondiker, Mustang and McKinley are the largest square cabinets Arctic makes.

- The Aurora takes the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small, which fits square spas 80–82".
- The Yukon, Cub, Totem, Eagle, Lunar and Orion each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
- The Grizzly and Orca each take the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".
- The Summit, Tundra, Kodiak, Klondiker, Mustang and McKinley each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Not every Arctic Spas model takes an AIRCAP 1™. The Summit XL is a rectangular 117" x 93" cabinet — despite the name, it is a different spa from the square Summit above, and no square cover fits it. The Arctic Fox, Timberwolf, Whistler, Husky, Ellesmere and Nova are rectangular too. And the Wolverine, Athabascan, Columbia, Hudson, Kingfisher, Ocean, Okanagan and Polar Bear belong to Arctic's All-Weather Pool line of swim spas, a separate product line entirely. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
