They cluster into just four AIRCAP 1™ sizes, so matching a cover is simpler than the model count suggests: the compact 78" Patio and Patio Plus shells take the smallest size, the Pismo, Arcata, Huntington and Laguna cabinets the middle one, and the Ventura, Avila, Carmel and LaJolla cabinets the largest.

In the Patio and Patio Plus ranges, the L and B suffixes are lounge versus bench seating in the same 78" shell — a Hawaiian and a Maui share one footprint, as do their Plus twins — so the cover is the same whichever seating you chose.
Two different Malibus — check your SKU. Cal changed the Malibu’s footprint. The current Malibu (EC-867DL, and Malibu-X EC-867DLX) is 93" square and takes the X-Large. The earlier one, sold as EC-754DL, EC-754DLX and EP-760DL, is 87" square and takes the Medium — an X-Large would overhang it by several inches. Cal’s own line drawings print 87" x 87" x 39½" for the EC-754DL and 93" x 93" x 40½" for the EC-867DL. The SKU is on the silver plate inside the cabinet door; if you cannot find it, measure across the top.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Cal Spas models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit. The rest of the Patio range is rectangular rather than square — the Balboa and Balboa Plus are 54" × 78", the Kona and Kona Plus 64" × 84", and the Aloha 34" × 78". The two Deck models, the Newporter X-Series and El Grande X-Series, are 93" × 130" and 93" × 131". The five Cold Plunge spas are cold plunges rather than hot tubs — even the Dual Zone, which is square at 93". The Swim-Pro, Family Fun, Freestyle, Commander, Depth-X and Olympian are swim spas, 151" to 210" long. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
