What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Catalina Spas hot tub?
Catalina Spas, built by LPI, Inc. in Johnson City, Tennessee since 1977, lists six hot tubs on catalinaspas.com and five of them are square. The Nantucket is 93.5" × 93.5" and takes the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large (fits 92"–94"). The Berkshire is 91" × 91" on its spec sheet and takes the Large (89"–91"). The Hampton (84" × 83.5") and Carlton (83.5" × 83.5") take the Small (83"–85"), and the Armstrong at 80" × 80" takes the X-Small (80"–82").
One note on the Berkshire: Catalina’s spec sheet and product description both say 91", while the specifications tab on the same page prints 92. We list the spec-sheet figure. If your own measurement across the top of the cabinet comes to 92", order the X-Large instead — between sizes, always round up. The sixth model, the Kennedy, is a 66.75" × 84" rectangle that no square cover will fit, and Catalina’s swim spas on catalinaswimspas.com are all 90" wide and 151" to 250" long.

Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
