Clearwater Spas builds its square cabinets in just two footprints — 84" and roughly 93" — which makes cover matching unusually straightforward. Twenty-nine models fit an AIRCAP 1™, and many of them are the same cabinet under a name the factory has since retired. The Myrtle Beach, St. Andrew, Liberty Lake, Fairview, Kauai, Titanium and the Starlight 7N and 7L take the smaller size; the Monaco, Orlando, Tradition, Pearl Island, Broadmoor, Concordia, Grand Bahama, Caribbean and the Starlight 8N and 8L take the larger.

If your paperwork says ES84, ES93 or “Lite”, your spa is on this list. Clearwater has sold the same two cabinets under several names. The Evergreen series called them ES84N, ES84L, ES93N and ES93L; the Lite series sold the same shells at a lower jet count as ES84-Lite, ES84L-Lite, ES93-Lite and ES93L-Lite; and the factory later renamed the Lite models to the Starlight range you see above — ES84 became Starlight 7N, ES84L became 7L, ES93 became 8N and ES93L became 8L. Throughout all of it the footprints never moved: 84" square, or 92.5" square, which rounds up to the same X-Large cover as a 93" cabinet. An N is the open-seating version and an L has a lounger; that changes the inside of the shell, not the cover.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Clearwater models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit. The biggest group is a near miss rather than a mismatch: Clearwater’s smallest square cabinet is 76", one inch below our 77" minimum, so the ES76, ES76L, TS76, Starlight 6N, Starlight 6L, Daytona Beach, Key Largo and Laguna all fall just outside the range. The Starlight 6R and ES76R are 76" × 53", smaller again and not square. Among the larger tubs, the Rio is 84" × 76", Twin Peaks is 92.5" × 84", and the Trilogy and Nashville are 83" × 66" — all rectangles. The Entertainer is a 137" party tub, far beyond any square cover. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
