Coast Spas organises its hot tubs into the Element, Apex, Classic, Silhouette and Freedom ranges, and eighteen models fit an AIRCAP 1™. The two Silhouette models are the most compact cabinets at 77" square, the Element models sit in the middle of the range, and the Apex and Freedom families share the largest 92" footprint with the Classic Freedom.
Here is how the 18 Coast Spas models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:
- The Silhouette Lounge and Silhouette Bench each take the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
- The Element Lounge, Element Bench, Element Patio Bench, Element Patio Lounge, Element Opulence L and Element Opulence B each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
- The Apex Lounge, Apex Bench, Classic Freedom, Apex Opulence L, Apex Opulence B, Freedom Opulence, Freedom Elite HP, Freedom Oasis LP, Freedom Bench High Profile and Oasis Freedom B each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".
Don't read too much into the trim names — Elite, Opulence, Oasis, High Profile and the Lounge/Bench split are seating and jetting choices, not different footprints. All five Freedom-shell models sit on the same 92" square cabinet — the high-profile and low-profile versions differ only in cabinet height, which the skirt takes care of — so they all wear the identical cover.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit: every Curve model — Apex Curve, Element Curve, Freedom Elite Curve and Freedom Opulence Curve — has a square footprint but a raised curved back wall, and a flat square cover cannot seat against it. The Omega L and Omega B, and the Oasis XP and JetMax models built on the same shell, are rectangular at 66 x 83.5", as are the Purfikt, 2Purfikt, DuoScape and Indulgence families and the Silhouette Rec Lounge. The Mirage is rectangular at 132 x 92", the Cascade II runs 92 x 101" — past the 94" ceiling — and the Coast Spas 13B through 21VE and the Commercial Swim Spa are swim spas. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
