What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Garden Leisure hot tub?
Garden Leisure is a POOLCORP brand (SCP Pool Corporation). Its current GL and GLP models are built by Dynasty Spas in Athens, Tennessee, and the 2026 GL line runs to eight models plus a four-model Premium Collection on the same footprints. For cover sizing the current GL line has just two square footprints. The GL863L and GL863B — and their Premium versions, the GLP863L and GLP863B — are 91" × 91" and take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The GL753L and GL753B and the GLP753L and GLP753B are 82" × 82" and take the X-Small (80"–82"). L is the lounger layout and B the bench layout, on the same footprint; the Premium Collection adds trim and equipment, not size. Dynasty’s own line is on our Dynasty Spas page.
The Amalfi Series, whose model names start with “Garden-”, is a separate Garden Leisure range on footprints of its own. The Garden-742, Garden-780, Garden-680L and Garden-642L are 84" × 84" and take the Small (83"–85"). The Garden-696L is printed at 89" × 89" (226 cm) and takes the Large (89"–91"), right at the bottom of its range. Its seats are laid out much like the 84" Garden-680L and Garden-642L, so check the model number or measure across the top; if yours comes to 88" or less, take the Medium.
Garden Leisure’s earlier range, sold from at least 2012 until about 2014 and replaced by today’s model numbers by 2015, used the same two sizes as today’s GL line. The GL754L (with a lounger) and the GL752B (without one) are 82" × 82" and take the X-Small; the GL862L and GL862B are 91" × 91" and take the Large. The XL versions, sold as the XL 754L, XL 752B, XL 862L and XL 862B with blue jets, are the same sizes. The 91" tubs closely follow the seat layouts of the 82" ones, so the seats alone will not tell you which you have: measure across the top of the cabinet. Both sizes sit at the top of their ranges, here and in today’s GL line: if a tub printed at 82" measures over 82", take the Small, and if one printed at 91" measures over 91", take the X-Large.
No AIRCAP 1™ size will fit a Garden Leisure hot tub that is not square. The five-seat GL630L is printed at 82" × 82", but one corner of its shell and cabinet is cut off at an angle, so it is not a true square. The GL635L (78" × 83"), the three-seat GL525L (60" × 83") and the nine-seat GL1151L (92" × 132") are longer than they are wide, and so is the Amalfi Series’ three-seat Garden-334L. From the earlier range, the GL634L (78" × 83") and the GL524L (60" × 83") are not square either, and the two-seat GL624L (72" × 72") has one corner cut off. Garden Leisure’s swim spas are 92" wide and 13 to 19 feet long.

Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
