What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Garden Leisure hot tub?
Garden Leisure is a POOLCORP brand (SCP Pool Corporation) built by Dynasty Spas in Athens, Tennessee, and its 2026 line runs to eight models plus a four-model Premium Collection that reuses two of the shells. For cover sizing there are just two square footprints. The GL863L and GL863B — and their Premium versions, the GLP863L and GLP863B — are 91" × 91" and take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The GL753L and GL753B, the GLP753L and GLP753B, and the five-seat GL630L are 82" × 82" and take the X-Small (80"–82"). L is the lounger layout and B the bench layout on the same shell; the Premium Collection adds trim and equipment, not size. The GL630L has noticeably rounder corners than the others, but its footprint is the same 82" square. Dynasty’s own line is on our Dynasty Spas page.
Three Garden Leisure hot tubs are not square and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them: the GL635L (78" × 83"), the three-seat GL525L (60" × 83") and the nine-seat GL1151L (92" × 132"). Garden Leisure’s swim spas are 92" wide and 13 to 19 feet long.

Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
