What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Hydropool hot tub?
Hydropool Hot Tubs of Mississauga, Ontario, sells two hot tub lines, and sixteen of the twenty models are square. In the Self-Cleaning collection the 579 Gold and 579 Platinum are 80" × 80" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small (fits 80"–82"); the 655 Gold, 655 Platinum, 679 Gold and 679 Platinum are 84" and take the Small (83"–85"); the 728 Platinum and 779 Platinum are 90" and take the Large (89"–91"); and the 799 Platinum is 94" on Hydropool’s dimensioned drawing and takes the X-Large (92"–94"). Gold and Platinum are pump-and-jet packages on the same shell. In the Serenity collection the 4500, 4510, 6600 and 6610 are 80" (X-Small), the 5900 and 6800 are 85.5" on the 2026 specification sheet (Medium, 86"–88"), and the 6900 is 91" (Large). The 4510 and 6610 are the plug-and-play versions of the 4500 and 6600.
Two figures deserve a note. Hydropool’s web page for the 799 Platinum prints 90" × 90" — the same string as the 728 and 779 rows — but its technical drawing calls out 94" on both axes, the dry weight on the page matches that drawing’s spec table, and Hydropool sells a separate hard cover for the 799 rather than the one it lists for the 728 and 779. We list 94". The 5900 and 6800 pages say 85", which would be a Small; Hydropool’s 2026 Serenity specification sheet, dated April 2026, says 85.5", and we round up, so we list the Medium. If your own measurement is 85" or under, the Small will fit. Hydropool states a manufacturing tolerance of ±3/8" on every model, so measure.
Four Hydropool hot tubs are not listed. The Self-Cleaning 379 Gold (65" × 84") and Serenity 4300 (62" × 85") are rectangles that no square cover will fit. The Self-Cleaning 455 Gold and 455 Platinum are printed at 80" × 80" on their web pages but drawn at 79" × 75" in Hydropool’s own specification book, so we do not give them a size; if you own one, measure it and use the SureFit guide. Hydropool’s swim spas are 92" wide and 12 to 19 feet long.
Dimensions are taken from the Hydropool model pages, the 2026 Serenity technical specifications and the Signature collection specifications and drawings (September 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
