What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Integrity Spas hot tub?
Integrity Spas sells twenty-six products, but most of that catalogue is swim spas. Only twelve are hot tubs, and ten of those twelve are square shells inside the AIRCAP 1™ range: seven at 90–91", two at 86" and one at 79".
Here is how the 10 Integrity Spas hot tubs in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:
- The Bimini takes the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
- The Antigua and Fiji each take the AIRCAP 1™ Medium, which fits square spas 86–88".
- The Hawaii, Maui, Molokai, Montego Bay, Oahu, Rum Cay and Tahitian each take the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".
The TV package does not change your cover size. Integrity lists several models under names like “Hawaii TV” or “Antigua TV”, and the spa you own may well have been ordered that way. The 19" pop-up television is a $1,299 tick-box on the order form, not a different hot tub — Molokai and Rum Cay are sold with the very same option and carry no TV in their name. If your spa is a Hawaii TV, order the Hawaii cover.
The Antigua and Fiji are worth a word because they share a footprint without sharing a shell. Both are 86" × 86" and both take the Medium. Inside, the Antigua is open seating for seven and the Fiji gives up two seats to a full-length lounger — a real difference to sit in, and no difference at all to the cover, which sits on the cabinet.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Integrity models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit. Two of the twelve hot tubs are simply not square. The Bali is 81" × 61" and the Paradise is 108" × 86.5", which also puts its long side well past our 94" maximum; a square cover fits neither. The rest of the range is swim spas, which run from twelve to twenty-five feet long and are out of scope for a square hot tub cover: the Aruba, Barbados and Barbados Extreme, Big Kahuna, Blue Lagoon and Blue Lagoon Extreme, Grand Cayman Dual Zone and Grand Cayman Extreme, Jamaican and Jamaican Extreme, Kaui, Laguna, Oceanside and Trinidad. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
