Luxury Spas USA Replacement Hot Tub Covers

Luxury Spas USA is a Richmond, Virginia company that has sold its own brand of spas since 1977, direct and through major retailers, and most of the hot tubs on its site are rectangles. The Marquis Hot and Cold Spa is one 86" × 86" cabinet holding a hot tub basin and a cold plunge side by side; a single square cover spans it, and it takes the AIRCAP 1™ Medium (fits 86"–88"). The Galley, Infinity, Victoria and Savannah are 85" × 85" and the Denali, Estes and Liberty are 83" × 83"; all seven take the Small (83"–85"). The Eclipse and Social are 82" × 82" and take the X-Small (80"–82"). The Eclipse (model WS-192) and the Elite Series WS-692, which a dealer calls the Elite Savannah, are no longer in Luxury Spas USA’s range; we list them for owners. When we checked in September 2026, most models were listed with a conventional foam cover and steps included; the AIRCAP 1™ replaces that cover.

Estes and Denali owners: both names have moved to a newer shell; count the jets and pumps to tell which you have. The Estes (54-jet) row is today’s Estes, with 54 jets on two pumps; Luxury Spas USA prints it at 83" × 83" and 35" tall. The earlier Studio Series Estes, model LS-594 (Home Depot sold it as WS-594), has 52 jets on one pump and stands 36" tall. It is built on the same shell as the Infinity, so it is listed on the Infinity row: 85" × 85", which takes the Small like the current Estes. The Denali (60-jet) row is today’s Denali, with 60 jets on two pumps and raised corner seats around a round, lit centre. The earlier Denali (Home Depot sold it as WS299PG) is a different shell, with 64 jets on one pump and four corner bucket seats around an eight-sided footwell. We have no Luxury Spas USA figure for that earlier Denali; dealers list it at 85" × 85" and 32" tall, which is the Small, but measure it before ordering, and if yours measures over 85" across the top, take the Medium.

The Galley and Savannah have small angled corners rather than rounded ones. Each corner of the shell is cut off at 45 degrees, about 4" along each side on the Galley and about 5" on the Savannah. The footprint is still square and the size listed above is the size to order. A square AIRCAP 1™ runs along all four sides and carries straight across each angled corner, standing proud of it by roughly three inches on the Galley and four on the Savannah. Every other Luxury Spas USA shell listed here has rounded corners.

The Oscar is the trap in this line: its page listed 82" for both length and width, but the shell is round, and no square cover will fit it. The rest of the range is rectangular, from the one-person Lacey (39" × 83") to the Danika (74" × 87"), including the Allure, Cascade, Casey, Cashmere, Largo, Regal, Riley, Solace, Solo and Tahoe and their plug-and-play twins. Two Home Depot names are worth knowing: the Ovation (WS292PW) is built on the Regal’s shell, a 59" × 79" rectangle that no square cover fits, while the Solitude (WS192PW) is the Eclipse’s 82" shell and takes the X-Small. The AquaFit and AquaFusion swim spas on Luxury Spas USA’s site are 13 to 19 feet long, far beyond any AIRCAP 1™.

Sizes come from Luxury Spas USA’s product pages, read in September 2026 and again in October 2026, when they printed sizes for only some models, and from Luxury Spas USA product manuals that dealers host online, which print the size against the model number: LS-594CGE for the Infinity, LS-594 for the earlier Estes, LS-693 for the Victoria, WS-192 for the Eclipse and WS-692S for the Savannah. The maker’s own site publishes no separate specification sheets. Cabinet sizes can change between model years, as the Estes and Denali show, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. Every size above sits at the edge of a band: a Marquis that measures 85" or less takes the Small; a Galley, Infinity, Victoria or Savannah over 85" takes the Medium; a Denali, Estes or Liberty at 82" or less takes the X-Small; and an Eclipse or Social over 82" takes the Small. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
