Master Spas builds the LSX, Twilight (TS), Balance, Precision, Healthy Living and Bar Harbor ranges, and forty-five models fall inside the AIRCAP 1™ range — including its Healthy Living, Legacy Whirlpool and Contractor Series lines, each sold through its own channel. The compact end is the busiest: the Balance 6, Balance 6 CS, L6, S6 and TS 6.2 all sit on a 78" cabinet. The 7-series cabinets — LSX 700, TS 7.2, TS 7.25, Balance 7, Precision 7, LH L7 and LH S7 — share one footprint, the Bar Harbor LE and SE sit one size up at 86", and the 8-series cabinets share the largest.

Trim and seating suffixes don’t change the cover. The Balance 6 CS shares its 78" footprint with the Balance 6, the Bar Harbor LE and SE share one cabinet, and the TS 7.2 and TS 7.25 — like the TS 8.2 and TS 8.25 — differ inside the shell, not in footprint, so each pair takes the same AIRCAP 1™.
Three Master Spas lines are sold under their own names, and their owners rarely think of themselves as Master Spas customers. Healthy Living (HL) had its own dealers and its own website until the line ended after 2021; Legacy Whirlpool (LW) still sells today through legacywhirlpool.com; and the Contractor Series (CS) goes to builders and developers rather than to retail. All three are built by Master Spas on Master Spas shells — the CS Exeter is the Clarity Balance 7 cabinet, the CS Portsmouth the Balance 8, the CS Windsor the Precision 8 — so they take the same covers. If the badge on your cabinet says HL, LW or CS, your model is in the list above.
Two naming quirks worth knowing before you order. First, the Legend models carry two names at once: the owner’s manual and the UL listing call them MPL 700, MPL 800 and MPL 850, while the website and your dealer call the same tubs LSX 700, LSX 800 and LSX 850. These are not different models and not different years — they are the same spa, and both names are listed above so either one finds you the right cover. Second, the Living Healthy 6 and Living Healthy 7 became the LH 6 and LH 7 for 2026, same spa and same listing number either side of the change.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
A few Master Spas models fall outside the range — every one of them because the cabinet is rectangular, not square. The LSX 900 and Balance 9 run 108" x 94", the TS 67.25 is 70" x 84", the Ocho Rios CS and SE are 86" x 72", the San Miguel is 79" x 69", and the L5 is 78" x 60". Three more need naming because their printed figures look square and are not: the TS 240, TS 240X and TS 120 are all published as 78" × 78", but the factory drawings show a cut corner rather than a square cabinet, so a square cover will not sit on them. The TS 87.3 is listed at 94" × 94" in the 2016 manual and 94" × 84" in every year after it — the later figure is the right one and the spa is a rectangle. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
