What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Passion Spas hot tub?
Passion Spas is the hot tub brand of Fonteyn of Uddel, the Netherlands, sold in North America through its Houston, Texas office. Its shells are designed in centimetres, so where a page prints only metric the figure below is our conversion. At 230 cm (90.6") the Euphoria Mighty Wave, Devotion and Admire, at 228 cm (89.8") the Reflect, Resettle and Retreat, and at 226 cm (89") the Joy all take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The Joy is printed at 89 inches, the bottom of the Large range, so if yours measures 88" or less, take the Medium. Two older models take the Large too: the Bright and Sunny, printed at 90" × 90" in Passion Spas USA’s 2013 range and at 228 cm in Fonteyn’s own listings. The Excite Mighty Wave is printed at 88 inches (224 cm) and takes the Medium (86"–88"). That is the top of the Medium range, so measure across the top: if yours comes to 89" or more, take the Large. At 213 cm (83.9") the Delight, Solace and Felicity Mighty Wave take the Small (83"–85"). The Rewind, Relax and Refresh are three different shells on one footprint, 204 cm (80.3"), and take the X-Small (80"–82"). Between 2013 and 2020, though, Passion’s US listings printed the Relax and Refresh as small as 79", so measure yours across the top: if it comes to 79" or less, take the XX-Small (77"–79"). The older Dream (Dream 7) is printed at 82" × 82", but it is a one-piece molded tub with far rounder corners than the other shells on this page, so a square cover would overhang it at each corner and we have not listed it; if you own one, measure it before ordering.
Sixteen of today’s Passion models are not square and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them. Two are close enough to be traps: the Pleasure is 215 cm × 200 cm (84.6" × 78.7"), six inches off square, and the Recharge is round — its 200 cm is a diameter. The rest are plain rectangles: the Harmony, Ecstatic Mighty Wave, Desire, Serene 6, Repose, Serene 5, Sensation (the Amore in Passion’s 2015 range), Happy, Soulmate, Heart, Renew, Serene 3, Serene 2 and Bliss. Among older models, the Theater (Theatre) Spa (150" × 90") is a rectangle too. Passion’s fifteen swim spas are 224 to 228 cm wide and 3.9 to 7.2 m long.
Dimensions for today’s models are taken from the Specifications block on each Passion Spas product page and cross-checked against Fonteyn’s own listings (September 2026); the older figures come from Passion Spas USA’s 2013 model list and Passion’s 2020 USA catalog (checked October 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
