What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Passion Spas hot tub?
Passion Spas is the hot tub brand of Fonteyn of Uddel, the Netherlands, sold in North America through its Houston, Texas office. Its shells are designed in centimetres, so where a page prints only metric the figure below is our conversion. At 230 cm (90.6") the Euphoria Mighty Wave, Devotion and Admire, at 228 cm (89.8") the Reflect, Resettle and Retreat, and at 226 cm (89") the Joy all take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The Excite Mighty Wave is printed at 88 inches, but its metric figure, 224 cm, is 88.2" and we round up, so it also takes the Large; if your own measurement is 88" or under, the Medium fits. At 213 cm (83.9") the Delight, Solace and Felicity Mighty Wave take the Small (83"–85"), and at 204 cm (80.3") the Rewind, Relax and Refresh take the X-Small (80"–82").
Sixteen Passion models are not square and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them. Two are close enough to be traps: the Pleasure is 215 cm × 200 cm (84.6" × 78.7"), six inches off square, and the Recharge is round — its 200 cm is a diameter. The rest are plain rectangles: the Harmony, Ecstatic Mighty Wave, Desire, Serene 6, Repose, Serene 5, Sensation, Happy, Soulmate, Heart, Renew, Serene 3, Serene 2 and Bliss. Passion’s fifteen swim spas are 224 to 228 cm wide and 3.9 to 7.2 m long.

Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
