PDC Spas Replacement Hot Tub Covers

PDC Spas builds its hot tubs in Pennsylvania and publishes a dimension line for every current model on pdcspas.com, backed by its 2025 comparison chart. For older tubs, PDC still posts its owner’s manuals, and from 2006 on they print a specification page for every model, with its size and an overhead photo of the shell; that is where the retired models below are sized from. Here is how the 23 PDC models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:

• The Smart Spas Quadra (78" × 78") and Smart Spas Quadra Flex (78.5" × 78.5") take the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77"–79".
• The current Malibu (2017 and later), Denali, Summit and Seasons and the retired Nile, Yukon, Boulder, Antigua, Mystic (AT Series, 2007–2009) and Mirage (AT Series, 2007–2009) are 82" × 82" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small (80"–82").
• The current Reno and the retired Monterey (2017–2024) and Aruba (2006–2016) are 86" × 86" and take the AIRCAP 1™ Medium (86"–88").
• The current Fiji, Bali, Barbados and Freeport and the retired Everest and Sunrise (2008–2013) are 94" × 94", and the retired Mystic (Lifestyle Series) and Danube are 93" × 93"; all eight take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large (92"–94").

Several current models share a shell across series — Fiji with Freeport, Bali with Barbados, Denali with Summit — which is why the sizes repeat.

Retired PDC models. The Monterey (Premium Series, 2017–2024) and the 93" Mystic (Lifestyle Series, 2016–2024) are still in PDC’s 2026 owner’s manual, but PDC’s 2025 comparison chart and website no longer list them. The Monterey’s specification photo shows the same shell as the Aruba, which PDC sold in its LX (Luxury) Series from 2006 to 2016; both are 86" square. PDC’s River Series (2010–2016) became the Lifestyle Series at the end of 2016, and three of its square tubs carried on under new names at the same printed sizes: the Nile (2010–2016) became the Seasons, the Yukon (2012–2016) the Summit, and the 93" Danube (2012–2016) the Mystic.

From the SE Series, called Premium by 2016, the Boulder (2006–2016) is 82" square and the Everest (2006–2016) is 94" square. The Freeport that replaced the Everest in 2017 prints the same size, but it is a different shell: the Everest has an extended lounge and a different seat layout. Both take the X-Large. From the LX Series, the Antigua (2005–2014) is 82" square, and the Sunrise, launched in 2008 with a sun deck along one side of the square, is 94" square; it was gone from PDC’s LX lineup by 2014.

Mystic and Mirage: check the series. PDC’s AT Series (2007–2009) had two square tubs whose names PDC later reused. The Mystic (AT Series, 2007–2009) and Mirage (AT Series, 2007–2009) are both 82" square and take the X-Small. They are not the same tubs as the 93" Lifestyle Series Mystic, which takes the X-Large, or today’s Mirage, a 60" × 84" rectangle that no AIRCAP 1™ fits. If your tub is a Mystic or a Mirage, check the series on your paperwork or measure it before ordering.

Smart Spas. PDC also sold a polyethylene line under the Smart Spas name in 2009 and 2010. Its owner’s manual prints the Quadra at 78" square and the Quadra Flex at 78.5" square, which rounds up to 79"; both take the XX-Small. The photos we show for these two, and for the Sunrise, the Antigua and the two AT Series models, are the black-and-white shell photos from PDC’s own specification pages.

Printed sizes that moved by an inch. PDC’s 2006 and 2007 manuals print the Denali, Boulder and Antigua at 81" and the Fiji, Bali and Everest at 93", and PDC’s 2008 web pages gave the AT Series Mystic and Mirage as 81" and the Sunrise as 93"; from 2008 the manuals print 82" and 94". Either figure takes the same AIRCAP 1™ size. One quirk worth knowing: the Denali page prints its footprint as 82" but glosses it as 6′8″ (which would be 80"); PDC’s own comparison chart and the identical Summit shell both say 82", and either figure takes the same X-Small. PDC’s manuals print the same 6′8″ beside 82" for the Summit and the Yukon.

Names PDC used before. Malibu, Monterey, Aruba, Bali and Fiji were also names in PDC’s 2002 lineup, and an earlier, unrelated tub was sold as the Sunrise around 2003. PDC no longer publishes the sizes of those early tubs, and we have not confirmed their shape or size. PDC’s owner’s manuals from 2006 to 2016 list no Malibu at all; the 82" square Malibu we list is the Luxury Series model PDC has sold since 2017. The years on our Malibu, Monterey, Aruba and Sunrise rows mark the later tubs, the ones we have sized. If your PDC tub was built before 2006, or your Malibu before 2017, measure it before ordering.

Five current models are not a fit: the Biscayne and Catalina are 90" × 79" rectangles, the Carmel and Mirage are 60" × 84" rectangles, and the Twilight is square but only 76" across — an inch under the smallest AIRCAP 1™. PDC’s swim spas and cold plunges are rectangles by nature. Several retired models do not fit either. The Columbia, the River Series Amazon and the AT Series Isle are square but only 76" across. The Rio (83") and the Smart Spas Orbit and Orbit Flex (78") are round, and the Vancouver is a 78" octagon. The Dynasty (82" × 67"), the Bermuda (about 90" × 79") and the Antero, Cabo and Congo (60" × 84") are rectangles.

Dimensions for current models are taken from pdcspas.com and PDC’s 2025 comparison chart, and for retired models from PDC’s own owner’s manuals, including its River Series and Smart Spas manuals (October 2026).
