What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your PDC hot tub?
PDC Spas builds its hot tubs in Pennsylvania and publishes a dimension line for every model on pdcspas.com, backed by its 2025 comparison chart. The square shells sort into three sizes. The four 94" squares — Fiji and Bali in the Luxury series, Barbados and Freeport in the Premium series — take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large (fits 92"–94"). The 86" Reno takes the Medium (86"–88"). The four 82" squares — Malibu (Luxury), Denali (Premium), and Summit and Seasons (LifeStyle) — take the X-Small (80"–82"). Several of these share a shell across series — Fiji with Freeport, Bali with Barbados, Denali with Summit — which is why the sizes repeat.
Five current models are not a fit: the Biscayne and Catalina are 90" × 79" rectangles, the Carmel and Mirage are 60" × 84" rectangles, and the Twilight is square but only 76" across — an inch under the smallest AIRCAP 1™. PDC’s swim spas and cold plunges are rectangles by nature. One quirk worth knowing: the Denali page prints its footprint as 82" but glosses it as 6′8″ (which would be 80"); PDC’s own comparison chart and the identical Summit shell both say 82", and either figure takes the same X-Small.
