What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Pinnacle hot tub?

Pinnacle sells direct, online only, and its range splits into collections — Essence, Pulse, Elevate and Ascend. Eleven of the seventeen models take an AIRCAP 1™, spread across five sizes.

Here is how the 11 Pinnacle models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:

• The Wave, Alterra, Radiance and Valaris each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small, which fits square spas 80–82".
• The Regal and Majestic each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
• The Cascade takes the AIRCAP 1™ Medium, which fits square spas 86–88".
• The Highpoint and Summit each take the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".
• The Crest and Transcend each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".

Majestic owners: you will measure two different numbers, and that is correct. The Majestic is the one Pinnacle cabinet that is not quite square — its own spec sheet prints 84" x 83.5". Measure it one way and you get 84", turn ninety degrees and you get 83.5". Nothing is wrong with your tub or your tape. Both figures fall inside the Small range, so the Majestic takes the Small either way, and the half inch disappears under the cover’s overhang.

Several Pinnacle cabinets are shells you will already find elsewhere in this fitter. The Crest and Transcend print the same 93.5" square as the Catalina Nantucket; the Highpoint and Summit the same 91" square as the Catalina Berkshire and the Dr. Wellness G-11 and G-12; the Regal the same 83.5" as the Catalina Carlton; the Majestic the same 84" x 83.5" as the Catalina Hampton, asymmetry and all; the Radiance, Valaris and Alterra the same 82" square as the Dr. Wellness G-6 and G-7; and the Wave the same 80" square as the Catalina Armstrong. We gave those spas their sizes long before Pinnacle launched, and every Pinnacle model lands on the same answer — which is a useful check, because it means these eleven rows agree with rows we published months ago rather than resting on one new spec sheet.

Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover. That matters more than usual on this range, whose cabinet heights run from 34" to 40".

Models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit. The Haven is a true square at 76" x 76", but that is one inch below our 77" minimum, so no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit it — please do not order the XX-Small for a Haven. The Tempo and Vale (82" x 63"), the Diamond (82" x 69.5"), the Solstice (60" x 70") and the Pure (35.75" x 79.5", a one-person soaker) are all rectangular. Pinnacle’s swim spas — the Malibu, the Marathon and the Freestyle — are far outside a square cover’s range. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.

Dimensions are as printed on each model’s own 2026 Pinnacle spec sheet, checked against the factory sheet for the same shell where one is published. Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
