What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Premium Leisure hot tub?
Premium Leisure closed in 2018, which is exactly why its owners struggle to buy a cover. The Florida company was administratively dissolved that September, and there is no dealer network left to call. Its spas are still in thousands of gardens, still perfectly good, and still need covers. Nineteen Premium Leisure models are square and fit an AIRCAP 1™ — across all seven of its lines, the three it was selling at the end and the four it had already retired.
Here is how the 19 Premium Leisure models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:
- The XP 2 takes the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small, which fits square spas 80–82".
- The LE 742, LE 744, PR 761, HL 750 and HL 751 each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
- The Pristine takes the AIRCAP 1™ Medium, which fits square spas 86–88".
- The GO 850, LE 850, LE 851, LE 852, PR 881, Essence, Desire, Millennium and Omni each take the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".
- The XP 1, Passion and HL 860 each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".
Seven lines, and the model code tells you which. The letters are the line: GO is Go Spas, LE is Leisure's Edge and PR is Premium Spas — the three ranges still listed when the company closed. The named models come from the four retired lines: XP 1, XP 2, Passion, Essence, Desire and Pristine are Sterling Leisure; HL is Health'n Leisure; and Millennium and Omni are Mark III. If your cabinet badge and your paperwork disagree, the number on the equipment-bay label is the one to trust.
Sizes here come from Premium Leisure's own owner's manuals and dealer sheets, each of which carries a spec table and, for the current lines, a CAD plan view of the shell. That matters more than usual for a brand nobody can ring up: where the website and the printed manual disagree, we have gone with the manual. The XP 1 is the clearest case — its web page says 62" × 92", which is a typo for a 92" square, and the page's own metric figure (233.7 cm × 233.7 cm) and the Sterling manual both confirm the square.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Premium Leisure models the AIRCAP 1™ does not fit. Most of the Go Spas range is rectangular rather than square — the GO 620, 623, 624, 630, 633 and 634 are 84" × 72", and the GO 621, 622, 631 and 632 are 84" × 66" — as are the LE 630 (84" × 78") and the PR 982 (91" × 114"). The GO 616 and GO 626 print as 78" × 78" but are corner spas: one whole side is a 45-degree diagonal, so no square cover fits them. The GO 742 we have left out deliberately — its spec table says 82" square while the plan view on the very same page is drawn 17% out of square, and with the company gone there is no way to settle it, so we will not guess. From the retired lines, the Pure, HL 524, HL 632, Stamina, Vitalizer, Duex, Sol, Solaris, Stratus, LX 74 and Tiara are rectangles, and the Endurance is round. The bare in-ground and spill-over shells and the AQ, Swimmer, Dual Zone and ES swim spas are out of scope. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
