The Tiger River Spas Caspian, which measures about 84" x 84", takes the AIRCAP 1 Small, which fits square hot tubs measuring 83 to 85 inches across. Measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet to confirm the size before ordering.

The Tiger River Spas Sumatran, which measures about 78" x 78", takes the AIRCAP 1 XX-Small, which fits square hot tubs measuring 77 to 79 inches across. Measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet to confirm the size before ordering.
What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Tiger River hot tub?
Tiger River Spas were built by Watkins Manufacturing, the maker of Hot Spring, and the brand was discontinued after the 2010 model year. Watkins still publishes exactly one document for it — the 2010 owner’s manual (Part #301986, Rev. A) — and its specification table is the source for the sizes here. The Caspian (Model CHP) is a 7′0″ × 7′0″ rounded square, which is 84" × 84" and takes the AIRCAP 1™ Small (fits 83"–85"). The Sumatran (Model N) is 6′6″ × 6′6″, or 78" × 78", and takes the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small (fits 77"–79"). The Canadian variants (CHPC and NC) share those footprints.
The third 2010 model, the Bengal (Models M and MM), is a 7′2½″ × 6′7″ rectangle — 86½" on one side, 79" on the other — and no square cover fits it. Watkins also names the Siberian, Kyber, Manora and Tondi as Tiger River models but publishes no dimensions for them, and it publishes nothing for pre-2010 versions of any model, so if you own one of those, measure the cabinet rather than assuming.
