What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Tropic Seas hot tub?
Tropic Seas Spas are built by May Manufacturing in Las Vegas, Nevada. Four models share one 91" × 91" shell — the Waikiki 864L, Oahu 864B, Maui 851L and Fiji 851B (L is the lounger layout, B the bench) — and take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The Kona 751B and Rio 751L, and the 110-volt plug-and-play Makai 727L, are 84" × 84" and take the Small (83"–85"). Standard and Elite trims share footprints, so one size covers both.
Six Tropic Seas models are rectangles and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them: the Tahiti 965L (108" × 91"), the Kawai 745L and Hawaii 735L (84" × 78" — close, but six inches off square), the Lanai 531L and Hana 521L (84" × 61") and the Tonga 527B (78" × 60"). The Tropic Pool is a 168" × 91" swim spa. Tropic Seas’ own Weather Guard cover is a conventional foam cover with a fabric skin.
Dimensions are taken from the Tropic Seas product pages and the 2026 brochure, which agree on every model (September 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
