What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Dimension One hot tub?
Dimension One Spas has built hot tubs for more than forty years, and its current range on d1spas.com runs to fifteen models. For cover sizing the useful fact is that the square ones share just two footprints. The five largest — Chairman, Diplomat, Latitude, Meridian and Nautilus — are all 92" × 92" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large (fits 92"–94"). The five mid-size models — Aurora and Nautique at 84" × 84", Breeze, Dream and Wayfarer at 83" × 83" — all take the AIRCAP 1™ Small (fits 83"–85"). Seat counts and jet packages differ; the shells do not.
Five current models are not square and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them: the Amore Bay (108" × 92") and Executive (92" × 110") are large rectangles, the Serenade (83" × 66") and Triad (84" × 66") are two- and three-seat rectangles, and the Journey is a round spa — its 78" is a diameter, not a side. If you own one of these, a square cover is the wrong purchase at any price.
Dimensions are taken from the specifications Dimension One publishes for each model (September 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements.
