What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Dimension One hot tub?
Dimension One Spas has built hot tubs for more than forty years, and its current range on d1spas.com runs to fifteen models. Our fitter lists thirteen Dimension One models with square shells that an AIRCAP 1™ fits: the ten square models in that range and three that Dimension One has retired. For cover sizing the useful fact is that the square ones share just two footprints, about 92" and about 83–84". Seat counts and jet packages differ; the cover size does not.
Here is how the 13 Dimension One models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:
- The Aurora and Nautique at 84" × 84", the Breeze, Dream and Wayfarer at 83" × 83", and the retired Sojourn at 84" × 84" each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
- The Chairman, Diplomat, Latitude, Meridian and Nautilus, the five largest current square models, are all 92" × 92", and the retired Californian and Venture are 91.5" × 91.5", which rounds up to the same size. Each takes the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".
Older names. Some of these tubs were also sold under other badges, and the model list above includes those names. Dimension One’s own spec sheets print the Aurora II and Aurora HP at 83¼" square, and its export guide gives the Aurora XLT the same footprint in metric; all three take the Small, the same size as today’s Aurora. The Chairman II is the same 91.5–92" square tub as the Chairman and takes the X-Large. The Sojourn HP is the same 84" square shell as the Sojourn and takes the Small.
Retired models. The Californian, Venture and Sojourn are no longer on d1spas.com, so we sized them from Dimension One’s own earlier spec sheets and brochures. Later brochures print the Californian at 92" and the Sojourn at 83"; those figures take the same sizes. On the Venture, Dimension One’s top-view drawing puts the shell at 91.5" square but the side panels at only 90.5", so measure across the shell lip at the top, not the panels.
Five current models are not square and no AIRCAP 1™ size will fit them: the Amore Bay (108" × 92") and Executive (92" × 110") are large rectangles, the Serenade (83" × 66") and Triad (84" × 66") are two- and three-seat rectangles, and the Journey is a round spa — its 78" is a diameter, not a side. If you own one of these, a square cover is the wrong purchase at any price.
Several retired Dimension One models do not fit either. The Lotus Bay is printed at 92" × 92", but it is a four-lobed shape with inward-curving sides, not a square. The Dupree Bay is a rounded triangle, the Sarena Bay is a curved 120" × 92" tub, and the Arena is round, 87" across. The Seville (84" × 78"), Cove (83" × 76"), Triad II (83.5" × 66.5"), Companion (84" × 66") and the older 67" × 84" Triad are rectangles. The Elemental was built with its own integrated cover, and we have not sized it.
Dimensions for current models are taken from the specifications Dimension One publishes for each model (September 2026), and for retired models from Dimension One’s own earlier spec sheets and brochures. Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
