Resort Hot Tubs Replacement Hot Tub Covers

What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Resort hot tub?

Resort Hot Tubs are made by GPM Manufacturing LLC, which also makes Harmonic Hot Tubs and Celtic Hot Tubs, and are sold through dealers in the United States. Resort names each model with a word and a code — Classic Series codes start RC and Premium Series codes start RP, as in the Haven RC166L. Six Resort models have a square cabinet that an AIRCAP 1™ fits, counting the Retreat RC177L, which Resort sold from 2024 but no longer lists.

Here is how the 6 Resort models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:

• The Haven RC166L and Buxton RP166L are both 78" square and take the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
• The Frisco RP177B, Palm RP177L and the retired Retreat RC177L are all 84" square and take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
• The Laguna RP288B is 93" square and takes the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".

Shared shells and codes. Some Resort tubs share a shell with GPM’s other brands. The Buxton RP166L is the same shell as the Harmonic H166L. In the Classic Series, the Haven RC166L is the shell Celtic has sold as the Mystic 118RS and Mystic 126, and the Retreat RC177L is the shell Celtic has sold as the Clover 250 and Clover 240. Some codes appear in both series on different tubs: the Haven and Buxton share 166L and are both 78" square, and the Retreat and Palm share 177L and are both 84" square, so each pair takes the same AIRCAP 1™.

Frisco owners: if the description on Resort’s Frisco RP177B page mentions a round 78" tub, ignore it — that is the Cove’s description. The Frisco’s own specifications and overhead photos show an 84" square tub, and it takes the Small.

Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.

Not every Resort hot tub takes a square cover. The Delray RP167B (78" x 83"), Julian RP157L (58" x 83") and Bermuda RP2810L (93" x 120") are rectangles, as was the retired Mirage RC167B (78" x 84"). The Cove RC16RB (78"), Savannah RP16RB (79") and Sunset RP28RB (92") are round tubs, and a square cover cannot replace a round one. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.

Measure your own spa before ordering — cabinet sizes can change between model years. The SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements, and works for any hot tub, Resort or not.
