Wellis Spas names its hot tubs after cities and mountains, and twenty-five models fit an AIRCAP 1™ across five sizes. The Prague is the most compact, and the Everest, Elbrus Life and Kilimanjaro Life are the largest.

- The Prague takes the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
- The Houston, Hercules, Atlas, Mandala, Hercules PRO, Mercury, Makalu Life and Venus each take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
- The Malaga, Rental, Lima, London and Paris each take the AIRCAP 1™ Medium, which fits square spas 86–88".
- The Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa, Vienna, Lugano, Taurus, Libra, Elbrus 230 and Saturn each take the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".
- The Everest, Elbrus Life and Kilimanjaro Life each take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94".
The Hercules PRO measures 85 inches square — the same footprint as the standard Hercules — so both models wear the same AIRCAP 1™ Small cover.
Wellis owners: check the full name on your cabinet, not just the mountain. Wellis has re-used two of its names across different sized shells, and in one case sold two of them at once. Its own October 2020 European brochure prints a CityLine Elbrus at 2180 mm and a PeakLine Elbrus 230 at 2300 mm on facing pages, and today’s Elbrus Life is larger again at 93". Three sizes, one mountain. Kilimanjaro is the same story: the current Kilimanjaro Life is 93", while the PeakLine Kilimanjaro was 2300 mm and the MyLine Kilimanjaro Standard is the spa sold in the United States as the Taurus. We list each under its full printed name so none of them is a trap — but if your paperwork says only “Elbrus” or “Kilimanjaro”, measure across the top of the cabinet before ordering rather than assuming the current model.
A note on units. Wellis specifies in millimetres in Europe and in inches in the United States, and the two agree once converted: 2300 mm is 90.55", which Wellis itself prints as 91" on its US pages, and 2130 mm is 83.86", which it prints as 84". The figures above are in inches throughout, so they match what your tape measure will read.
Wellis also sells one spa under two names depending on the market, and the US name is not always the one in the paperwork. Three pairs matter here. The London is the European Malaga; both are listed above and both take the same Medium cover. The Paris is the CityLine Elbrus of 2018 — a different and smaller spa than either the Elbrus 230 or the Elbrus Life, so there are three distinct Elbruses in this list and only the Paris takes the Medium. And the Taurus sold in the United States is the European Kilimanjaro Standard, which is not the Kilimanjaro Life either. If the name on your paperwork is not in the list above, it may be here under its other market name.
Five Wellis shells have angled corners rather than rounded ones, and it is worth knowing before you order. The Prague, Malaga, Lima, London and Paris are built on Wellis's CityLife mould, which takes about six inches off each corner at 45 degrees instead of rounding it. The footprint is still square and the size listed above is the size to order — a Prague measures 79" across, a Malaga 86". What differs is the corner itself: a square AIRCAP 1™ runs along all four sides and then carries straight across each angled face, standing proud of it by roughly four inches on the diagonal. Wellis cuts its own covers for these five to match that angle, so a factory replacement is shaped differently from a square one. Every other Wellis in the list above has ordinary rounded corners.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Not every Wellis Spas model takes an AIRCAP 1™. The Teide Life, Milano, Oslo, Manhattan Life and Olympus Life are rectangular rather than square, and the Marbella is rectangular and under the 77" minimum besides. The Iceland cold-plunge models and the Beach Club swimming pools are a different kind of product, and the Rio Grande, Amazon, Danube and Elba are swim spas far outside cover range. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches.
