What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your AquaLife hot tub?
AquaLife is the retail brand of Strong Spas of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, sold through Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart and Strong’s own MyHotTub store, and its square models sit on four Strong shells. The 91" acrylic shell is sold as the Amplified and Scenic and takes the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The 85" acrylic shell carries the most names — Annapolis, Destination, Grand Banks, Narada Harmony LS, Osprey Harmony LS and Sutherland LS — and takes the Small (83"–85"). The Insight and Palm Beach are 80" × 80" and take the X-Small (80"–82"), and the 79" Surfaces double-lounger takes the XX-Small (77"–79").
A note on where these figures come from. AquaLife has no manufacturer website of its own. The dimensions here are as printed on aqualifehottubs.com, and each was checked against Strong’s MyHotTub store, which prints the same footprint for the Annapolis and Palm Beach and sells the same shells under its own names (Victoria and Corsica at 91"; Valencia, Geneva, Mazara and Alexandria at 85"). Several AquaLife names are store-specific: Osprey Harmony LS and Sutherland LS are the Home Depot names for the 85" lounger shells, and Narada Harmony LS and Grand Banks appear only in retail listings. One listing, the Nautical, is an old Amazon variant title for the Amplified, so it is not listed separately. The Surfaces has been withdrawn from Strong’s own store but is still sold at retail.
Twelve other AquaLife models are not square or are too small. The Ariana, Inland, Edgewater and Siesta are 74" to 74.5" squares and the Lagoon and Invi are octagons, all under our smallest size; the Current, Largo, Excellence and Trend are rectangles; and the Oceania and Outback are round — their 80.5" is a diameter, and no square cover will fit them.
Dimensions are as printed on aqualifehottubs.com and, where it lists the model, on Strong’s MyHotTub store (September 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements.
