AquaLife Spas Replacement Hot Tub Covers

AquaLife is a retail brand of Strong Spas of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, sold through Amazon, Home Depot and Walmart, and its square models come in four footprints. The Amplified and Scenic share the 91-inch footprint and take the AIRCAP 1™ Large (fits 89"–91"). The 85-inch footprint carries the most names — Adulation, Annapolis, Destination, Grand Banks, Narada Harmony, Narada Harmony LS, Osprey Harmony LS, Osprey LS and Sutherland LS — and takes the Small (83"–85"). The Insight and Palm Beach are 80" × 80" and take the X-Small (80"–82"), and the 79" Surfaces double-lounger takes the XX-Small (77"–79"). Each of these figures sits on the edge of a size range, so measure across the top before ordering: an Amplified or Scenic that reads more than 91" takes the X-Large (92"–94"); an 85-inch model that reads more than 85", the Medium (86"–88"); an Insight or Palm Beach that reads 79" or less, the XX-Small; and a Surfaces that reads more than 79", the X-Small.

A note on where these figures come from. AquaLife has no manufacturer website of its own, and aqualifehottubs.com, despite its name, is not one: it is an affiliate store whose buy buttons link to Amazon. The dimensions for current models are as printed on that store’s product pages, and the 91" and 85" figures were checked against Strong’s own MyHotTub store, which sells tubs on those footprints under its own names (Victoria and Corsica at 91"; Valencia, Geneva, Mazara and Alexandria at 85") along with square covers in both sizes. Several AquaLife names are store-specific: Osprey Harmony LS and Sutherland LS are Home Depot names for 85" lounger models, and Narada Harmony LS and Grand Banks appear only in retail listings. Home Depot lists the Annapolis under a second name too, the Osprey LS, with the same model number (SS2160507403), and it earlier listed the Sutherland LS as the Niagara LS. Two more AquaLife models sold at Home Depot share the 85-inch footprint: the Adulation (model SS234687003 or SS234687403) and the 7-person Narada Harmony without the LS (model SS2260387003), which Home Depot later relisted under the Narada Harmony LS name. One listing, the Nautical, is an old Amazon variant title for the Amplified, so it is not listed separately.

Several other AquaLife models are not square or are too small. The Ariana, Inland, Edgewater and Siesta are 74" to 74.5" squares and the Lagoon and Invi are octagons, all under our smallest size; the Current, Largo, Excellence and Trend are rectangles; and the Oceania and Outback, and the older Arbor, are round — their 80.5" is a diameter, and no square cover will fit them. We have not listed two older Home Depot plug-and-play models, the Baysider and the Harbor, because we could not confirm their size or that they are square. If you own one, measure it across the top in both directions before ordering: if the two measurements are within 1" of each other and the longer one is 77"–94", take the size whose range covers the longer one (round up between sizes); if they differ by more than 1", no AIRCAP 1™ size fits it.

Strong’s Evolution brand sells the Scenic and Destination in Canada under the same names and at the same sizes, and today’s 45-jet Evolution Essence is printed at the same 80" as the Insight, so each takes the same AIRCAP 1™ size on our Evolution page as it does here.

Dimensions are as printed on aqualifehottubs.com (September 2026), except for two Home Depot models: the Adulation’s is as printed on Home Depot’s listing, and the Narada Harmony takes the 85" × 85" that Strong prints on MyHotTub for its non-lounger Mazara and Valencia, which carry the same SS22 model-number code (October 2026).
