What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your AquaRest hot tub?
AquaRest Spas sells its rotomolded hot tubs through Home Depot, Wayfair, Leslie's and its own store. They are built in Lake Mary, Florida, in the same factory as DreamMaker Spas — AquaRest's own set-up guide calls the tub "your new Dream Maker Spa". Eleven AquaRest models have a square cabinet that an AIRCAP 1™ fits, and they fall into just two sizes.
Here is how the 11 AquaRest models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:
- The AR-500 and AR-600 — sold as the Discover 500 and 600 in Standard, Premium and Elite trims — measure 79" x 79" and take the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
- The DayDream 3500L, 3500S, 2800L and 2800S measure 82" x 82", and the DayDream 3000L, 4500 and 2500 measure 81.5" x 81.5". All seven take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small, which fits square spas 80–82".
- The Dynamic 84S and Dynamic 84L, sold at Leslie's, also take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small: despite the 84 in the name, both cabinets measure 82" x 82". They are built on DreamMaker's 2013–2022 Big EZ and Odyssey shells (rating plates EB2 and OD2), the predecessors of DreamMaker's Comfort 2300 models, and all of those are on our DreamMaker page at the same size.
DayDream Ensemble and Bundle packages add steps and a cover to the same spa, so they take the same AIRCAP 1™ as the standard model of the same name. In each L and S pair, L is the lounger layout and S the open-seating layout of the same footprint.
Own an early AR-600? AquaRest listed it at 80" x 80" from 2013 to 2015 and at 79" since, on the same mould. Measure across the top of your cabinet: at 79" or less it takes the XX-Small, and at 80" the X-Small.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Not seeing your model? The AR-150 (Discover 150, 70" x 60"), AR-400 (Discover 400, 66" x 75") and Dynamic 78S (78" x 68") are rectangular, the AR-200 (Select and Premium 200) is a 76" round tub, and the AR-300 (Discover 300) is a corner model — the square AIRCAP 1™ doesn't fit those shapes. Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your own spa before ordering — the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements, and works for any hot tub, AquaRest or not.
