Beachcomber builds its hot tubs in Canada and sells them by model number, with trim levels layered on top — Hybrid, Hybrid4, LEEP, SLB and Plug-N-Play. For cover sizing the trim doesn't matter: the model number sets the shell, and every square Beachcomber shell — the 380, 590, 740 and 750, including their Special Edition and SLB versions — shares one 89" x 89" footprint. Beachcomber's own specifications list the factory cover for these models at 89" x 89" square.
That makes sizing simple: every one of the 8 Beachcomber models in our fitter takes the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91". An 89" shell sits at the start of that range, so the fit is exact — whether yours is a Model 380 LEEP, a 590 Hybrid4, a 740 Special Edition or a 750 SLB.
Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.
Not every Beachcomber is square. The Model 320 is Beachcomber's round tub — its spec reads "Diameter 78"" — and a square cover won't fit it. The 350, 360, 550, 570, 720 and 730 measure 80" x 88", the 340, 530, 540 and 710 measure 70" x 86", and the compact 510 (57" x 75"), 007 (45" x 86") and 009 (63" x 81") are smaller rectangles — the square AIRCAP 1™ doesn't fit those shells, whatever the trim.
