What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Home and Garden Spas hot tub?
Home and Garden Spas sells factory-direct from 506 Twin Oaks Drive in Johnson City, Tennessee — the LPI, Inc. plant that also builds Catalina and Water’s Edge. Its line is seven HG models, and five are square. The HG78 and HG90 are 92" × 92" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large (fits 92"–94"). The HG71 and HG71A are the same 82" × 82" shell with 45 and 71 jets, and the HG51 is 80" × 80"; all three take the X-Small (80"–82").
Two models are not listed. The HG32 is square but only 76" × 76", an inch under our smallest size, and the three-seat HG38 is an 82" × 60" rectangle. Five older HB-series pages on the site (HB-1400 to HB-3400) carry no specifications, so we do not size them.
Dimensions are taken from each product page’s specification list and its dimensions table, which agree (September 2026). Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your spa side to side across the top of the cabinet before ordering; the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements. If your measurement falls between two sizes, round up.
