Lifesmart Replacement Hot Tub Covers

What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Lifesmart hot tub?

Lifesmart has sold hot tubs through Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, Wayfair and its own outlets for more than fifteen years. Twelve of its models have a square cabinet that an AIRCAP 1™ fits — three it sells today and nine it has retired — across four of our six sizes.

Here is how the 12 Lifesmart models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:

• The LS450DX (22 jets), LS600DX (65 jets) and LS700DX (90 jets), the three square models Lifesmart sells today, each measure 81" x 81" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Small, which fits square spas 80–82". The same rotomolded shell was sold earlier as the LS500 (badged L-500, 2011–2012) and, before that, the Hydromaster, both printed at 80.5" x 80.5" — also X-Small.
• The Acacia L and Acacia NL (LSA-620L and LSA-620) measure 78" x 78" and take the AIRCAP 1™ XX-Small, which fits square spas 77–79".
• The Estrella L and Estrella NL, and the Palmetto L and Palmetto NL (LSA-720L and LSA-720), measure 84" x 84" and take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
• The Carino measures 89" x 89" and takes the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91".

The Acacia, Estrella, Palmetto and Carino come from Lifesmart's retired acrylic line, sold at Home Depot, Walmart and Lifesmart's outlets from about 2020 to 2024. In each pair, L is the lounger version and NL the open-seating version of the same shell, so both take the same cover. They share their footprints with four Aquaterra models already in our fitter — Acacia with the Huntley, Estrella with the Miramar, Palmetto with the Viceroy and Carino with the Ventura.

The Acacia and Palmetto have small angled corners rather than rounded ones: each corner is cut at 45 degrees, about 6" along each side. A square AIRCAP 1™ runs along all four sides and carries straight across each angled corner, standing proud of it by roughly three and a half inches on the diagonal. Lifesmart's own factory cover for these shells is square too.

A few naming notes, because Lifesmart has sold the same tub under several names: the LS600DX has also been sold as the Coronado, Coronado DX, Coronado DLX and Coronado HD (Home Depot's listing spells it "Coranado DX"), and the LS450DX as the Barbados HD and Paradise DLX. Sam's Club sold the LS450DX as the Genesis and the LS600DX as the Primo. Whichever name is on your receipt, it's the same 80.5–81" square shell and takes the X-Small.

Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.

Not every Lifesmart takes a square cover. The Sereno and the LS400DX (Antigua) measure 75" x 75", and the round LS50 (Reward) is 75" across — all below our smallest size. The LS100 and LS100DX (Bermuda, 70" x 61"), the LS350DX and LS350 Plus (Bahama, 72" x 81"), the LS500 Plus, LS550 Plus, Tierra and Leganza (all 77" x 87"), the Willow (66" x 84"), the Playa (65" x 84") and the Fantasia (81" x 63") are rectangular; the LS200 and LS200DX — also sold as the Key Largo — are oval; and the LS300 Plus is a 2-person corner triangle. The square 2011–2012 LS500 (L-500) is a different tub from the rectangular LS500 Plus, which takes no square cover. Lifesmart is a Watkins Wellness brand, the company behind Hot Spring, Caldera and Aquaterra — more brands in our Spa Fitter. Cabinet sizes can change between model years, so measure your own spa before ordering — the SureFit™ measuring guide walks through it in two measurements, and works for any hot tub, Lifesmart or not.
