What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Nordic hot tub?

Nordic Hot Tubs, built in Grand Rapids, Michigan, sells 26 models across its Luxury, Sport, Modern, Classic and All-In 110V series. Most of the range is round or rectangular, so the AIRCAP 1™ fits a specific part of it: the Encore and Jubilee families, which are Nordic's square cabinets.

Both measure 84" × 84", and both are sold in three trims on the same shell — LS (Luxury), SE (Sport Edition) and MS (Modern). That means all six take the same cover:

• The Encore LS, Encore SE and Encore MS measure 84" × 84" and take the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
• The Jubilee LS, Jubilee SE and Jubilee MS also measure 84" × 84" and take the same AIRCAP 1™ Small.

The LS, SE and MS suffixes describe the jet package, cabinet styling and equipment level, not the footprint. An Encore is an Encore as far as the cover is concerned — if you own any Encore or any Jubilee, the Small is your size.

Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.

Why most Nordic models are not listed. The AIRCAP 1™ is built for square cabinets from 77 to 94 inches, and the rest of Nordic's range isn't square. Nine models are round: the Crown XL and Warrior XL (84" diameter), the Crown and Crown All-In-110V (84"), and the Crown II, Impulse, Impulse DP, Sport All-In-110V and Warrior XL All-In-110V (78.5"). A round cover cannot be substituted with a square one, whatever the diameter. The Retreat (80" × 70"), Stella (84" × 62") and Rendezvous LS (96" × 84") are rectangular, the D'Amour (84" × 72") is a heart/triangle shape, and the Bella MS (83" × 34") is a rounded rectangle — in each case that applies to every trim of that model, including the All-In-110V versions.
