Vita Spa Replacement Hot Tub Covers

What size AIRCAP 1™ fits your Vita Spa hot tub?

Vita Spa sells its hot tubs in four ranges — the 100, 300, 500 and 700 Series — and eleven current models fit an AIRCAP 1™. Every square model in today's 700 Series measures 92" x 92", and three 500-Series models share that same footprint, so one cover size handles most of the lineup. Our fitter also lists several retired Vita models.

Here is how the 18 Vita Spa models in our fitter map to AIRCAP 1™ sizes:

• The 500-Series Monarque and Prestige measure 83" x 83", and Vita printed the retired Chateau (2014 and later) and Fontaine (2009 and earlier) at 83" x 83", the Aurora at 83.5" x 83.5", the Caprice at 84" x 84" and the Nuage at 85" x 85". Each takes the AIRCAP 1™ Small, which fits square spas 83–85".
• The 300-Series Luxe and Sensation measure 91" x 91" — one inch smaller than the 92" models below, which moves them down a size to the AIRCAP 1™ Large, which fits square spas 89–91". That inch matters, so measure before you order. Vita printed the retired Escapade at 88.5" x 88.5", which rounds up to the Large as well; if yours measures 88" or less across the top, take the Medium.
• The Cabaret (2014 and later), Rendezvous, Riviera and Vivre from the 700 Series, plus the 500-Series Envie, Grand and Salon, each measure 92" x 92" and take the AIRCAP 1™ X-Large, which fits square spas 92–94". Vita printed the retired Montero at 91.5" x 91.5", which rounds up to the X-Large too; if yours measures 91" or less across the top, take the Large.

Every AIRCAP 1™ ships with the Ziptech™ modular skirt system, so you can zip on the right skirt depth for your cabinet instead of ordering a custom cover.

Older Vita Spa models. DM Industries built Vita Spa hot tubs in Miami, Florida until about 2009. MAAX Spas, whose own numbered hot tubs are on our MAAX Spas page, bought the brand that year and has built Vita Spas in Chandler, Arizona since about 2010. Several model names carried over, and some later moved to new shells, so check which one you have. The retired Montero, Caprice and Nuage are listed without a picture, because the only overhead photos we have found of those tubs are too small to use.

• Nuage. Our Nuage row is for the 85" square Nuage Vita printed through 2010. Dealers list the later Nuage at 83" square, but we have not found Vita's own size for it. Either size is in the Small range, so if yours was built after 2010, measure it to confirm before ordering.
• Chateau. Our Chateau (2014 and later) row is for the 83" square Chateau Vita printed in 2014, which is the shell in our picture. Vita printed the earlier Chateau at 84" square through 2010, also in the Small range, but we have not seen an overhead photo of it, so if yours was built before 2014, measure it before ordering.
• Fontaine. Our Fontaine (2009 and earlier) row is for the Fontaine Vita printed at 83" square in 2008 and 2009. The 700-Series Fontaine launched in 2013 is a different tub: dealers list it at 91.5" square, between the Large and the X-Large, and we have not found Vita's own size for it, so measure one before ordering.
• Cabaret. Cabarets sold through 2010 measure 92.5" x 88.5" and are not square, so no AIRCAP 1™ fits them. Vita has printed the Cabaret at 92" x 92" from 2014 on, and that is the tub our Cabaret (2014 and later) row is for. We have not found Vita's printed size for a 2011–2013 Cabaret, so measure one of those before ordering.
• Earlier printings. Vita printed some current models at slightly different sizes in earlier years: the Rendezvous at 93", the Envie at 94", the Grand at 93.5" and the Monarque and Prestige at 84". Each of those figures falls in the same AIRCAP 1™ size range as the model's row above. All were printed with equal sides, but equal numbers do not prove a square shell, and we have not seen overhead photos of the earlier Envie, Grand, Monarque and Prestige, so if yours dates from 2014 or earlier, measure it before ordering.

Not every Vita Spa takes a square cover. The Amour isn't a square spa: today's Amour is a 72" corner (quarter-round) shell, and older Amours measure about 78" x 66", so neither takes a square cover. The Duet, Image, Joli, Trio, Voeux, Elegant, Intrigue and Mystique are rectangular shells the square AIRCAP 1™ doesn't fit. Among models no longer on Vita's website, the Protege, Forte, Allure, Essence, Mirage and Alero are rectangles, the Passion and Versailles are out of square, and the Cirque and Lune are round.
